Job Description

Sierra Pacific Industries has entry level positions with great opportunity for advancement. Our Centralia Division manufactures a variety of wood products using specialized high-tech machinery.

As an entry level position, there is opportunity to learn and explore many jobs within the plant site including production, equipment maintenance, and supervision. We look for applicants with at least one year of recent good work history and references that can be verified.  All applicants must be at least age 18. The work is fast paced and can, at times, be demanding. There is repetitive lifting and working in both hot and cold work environments. Work may consist of day or swing shift work, with some overtime and weekend work during busy production times. We promote a safe workplace in a tobacco and drug-free work environment.
