Thanks to our highly differentiated market approach, we are able to manage the entire process all the way through to distribution. 

Sierra Pacific Windows has a great opportunity for an Technician and Logistics Manager based at the Fremont Regional Office. The successful applicant will lead a team of delivery, service and administrative professionals to deliver and service factory direct windows and doors for customers within key markets in the San Francisco Bay Area.

• Effectively lead a team of delivery, service and administrative employees
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage work schedules, duties and overtime of branch personnel
• Oversee compliance with all applicable regulations of Company policy
• Daily communication of branch operations with Regional Manager
• Assure safe workplace practices are followed and promote safety awareness through leading by example
• Identify opportunities and take measures to reduce waste and inefficiencies
• Participate in interviews and selection process of new hires
• Identify and participate in crew member commendation, coaching or disciplinary actions
• Meet or exceed customer’s expectations

• Two years of supervisory experience providing quality operational leadership in the construction / building materials industry
• Demonstrated skill in leadership, motivation and service management
• Proven track record to manage a staff of 10
• Demonstrated skill in leadership, motivation and service management
• Solid knowledge of window and door industry a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with the ability to relate well   and cooperate with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals
• Ability to multi-task - Detail oriented – Well organized
• Self-starter – Self-motivated
• Collaborative –  Positive Attitude – Team Player
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate the organization
• Proficient computer and math skills
• Qualified candidate must live in the Bay Area
