Our Shelton location is looking for a qualified person to assist with Human Resources responsibilities.
• Provide administrative support to Human Resources.
• Assist with communicating Company policies and benefit plans.
• Answer and route incoming calls.
• Maintain HR records, filing, and forms inventory.
• Assist with weekly hourly payroll processing.
• Assist with hiring processes.
• Work efficiently to meet established deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Discretely handle sensitive or confidential information.
• 2 years of recent office administration work, or educational equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with emphasis on professionalism.
• Proven ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Able to adapt and prioritize quickly.
• Self-motivated, dependable, organized.
