Primary responsibilities will include the design, test and analysis of new and existing products. Additional duties involve developing and improving manufacturing processes. This position requires working in a team environment involving production, customer service and sales areas. Potential candidates should possess strong organizational skills as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred applicant will have a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering or related field. Two to five years experience in window and door design is desirable. Experience with Solid Works and AutoCad is also highly desirable. Relocation to the Red Bluff area will be required.
