Over the course of the last forty years Sierra Pacific Industries has made several acquisitions of land tracts and/or companies. Although our primary interest is timberland acquisition, other types of lands often come with these purchases. These properties include parcels of land suitable for residential, business, and recreational development. Sierra Pacific’s involvement in these developments changes on a project-by-project basis and ranges from selling a project at the tentative-map stage, fully developing a project and selling the finished lots, or building and selling homes. In one case, an old mill site was transformed into a modern retail center in a growing community.
Following is a list of our properties currently available for sale:
Amador Central Business Park is the region’s upscale master-planned business district with CC & R’s to protect the long term integrity of your investment. Amador County’s main routes are Hwy 49 running north and south, Hwy 104 (Ridge Rd.), and Hwy 88 running east and west over Carson Pass to Nevada. The town of Martell is located between the historic and charming town of Sutter Creek to the north and the city of Jackson (the county seat) to the south.
