Job Description

Sierra Pacific Windows, a growing company manufactures a variety of wood products using high-tech innovative equipment, has an opportunity for a Service Scheduler at our Fremont Location.

PRIMARY DUTIES
• Answer and route incoming calls.
• Process accounts payable.
• Schedule deliveries and service.
• Order service materials.
• Communicate with customers and sales reps, both verbally and in writing.
• Process and file service paperwork.
• Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Manager and Office Coordinator.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
• Prior experience in customer service and office administrative work.
• Multi-line phone experience.
• Excellent communication skills with emphasis on professionalism.
• Proven ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Able to adapt and prioritize quickly.
• Self-motivated, dependable, organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
