Job Description

Sierra Pacific Industries manufactures wood products using high-tech innovative equipment. Our Shelton location has a great opportunity for a Fabricator.

The position will play a pivotal role in our Washington manufacturing facilities with onsite fabrication and machining. The Fabricator will provide engineering and fabrication support for all of our manufacturing facilities throughout Washington. We seek qualified applicants who possess 2 years’ of experience including Mig, Arc, and Dual Shield (passing weld test required), or welding degree and experience with cutting torch and metal cutting band saw. Ability to apply welding techniques to achieve visually and structurally sufficient welds. Perform precision layout work and accurately read and interpret blue prints/plans, sketches and verbal instructions. Ensure product and process quality through self-inspection of finished products. Ability to focus on current work while planning the next stages of work.
