Job Description

Currently, we are seeking a qualified CNC Programmer to work collaboratively with our team at our Fabrication Shop in Anderson, CA.

About The Position
• Program CNC mills and lathes
• Analyze manufacturing drawings to develop and prepare CNC programs for multiple axis machining operations
• Order necessary tooling and create descriptions of tooling and fixturing requirements
• Determine and utilize proper speeds and feeds and reference point locations
• Create source files and machine codes in a controlled computer environment
• Assist machinists in interpretation of instructions and in making adjustments to produce parts within the capabilities of the equipment
• Work closely with engineers on new product introduction
• Maintain quality and manufacturing standards while adhering to the guidelines of a safe work environment
• Work may consist of overtime, weekend and holiday work during busy production time

Qualifications
• AA degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing Technology or related field
• Mastercam experience required
