Currently, we are seeking a qualified Regional Sales Manager for our Windows division. The successful applicant should reside in our Central Sales Region, which includes Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Alabama.

About The Position
• Determine, define, and execute strategy going to market with our products through our dealer channel
• Develop sales objectives, effectively communicating strategies with sales team, and manage the effectiveness of those objectives in line with Company goals
• Assess, manage, and develop the sales team to ensure individual and region sales goals are achieved
• Develop and maintain new programs and initiatives that drive sales
• Provide sales reports and manage accounts receivables for region
• Travel is frequent, and required

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, manufacturing, or similar field is preferred
• Exceptional skill in leadership, motivation and sales management
• Strong track record of significant contributions to the development of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
• Proven track record of success
• Solid knowledge of window and door industry customer management, sales support, product positioning, and dealer sales channels
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills across customer audience targets (dealers, builders and architects) to accomplish goals
• Complete proficiency in our bid programs/e-mails, technology
• Positive, effective attitude that aligns with Company culture
