Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Human Resources Support person to work collaboratively with our Red Bluff and Richfield, CA divisions.

About The Position
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department (HR) for our Red Bluff Millwork, Richfield Millwork, and Richfield Reman divisions
• Work closely with HR, Mill Managers, Superintendents, and Supervisors at both our Red Bluff and Richfield divisions
• Assist with communicating Company policies and benefit plans
• Assist with Safety and Workers’ Compensation functions, including working with medical staff, injured employees, and attending appointments as needed
• Assist in the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and new employee orientation processes
• Become a backup for the HR Department in Red Bluff and Richfield
• Audit, monitor, and implement Company HR policies, conduct investigations, maintain records, and represent the Company at hearings
• Work efficiently to meet established deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Discretely handle sensitive or confidential information
• Assist with office clerical duties as needed

Qualifications
• 2 years recent office admin work, or education equivalent preferred
• Excellent communication skills with emphasis on professionalism
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Able to adapt and prioritize quickly
• Self-motivated, dependable, organized
