• Answer and screen a heavy traffic of incoming calls

• Provide quoting, order processing and other related customer service support to teams
• Scan documents into document management system
• Enter data from source documents into computer
Qualifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on professionalism
• Able to maintain Company confidentiality
• Experience with relaying information to customers and company visitors
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve
• Familiar with the use of office programs such as Excel, Word, imaging systems and quoting software
• Dependable and ability to stay on task with minimum supervision
