About The Position
• Develop and manage a team of company window installers
• Work closely with Sales Support and Territory Managers to ensure accurately bid jobs
• Manage expenses/revenue related to installation crew
• Coordinate with customers, sales, service and support teams for installation schedule
• Develop & maintain relationships with local independent installers to supplement installation crew
• Ensure products, structural components and accessories are installed per AAMA and Company standards
• Understand and ensure compliance with OSHA, state, local safety and health standards for installation crew relative to delivery, service and installation
• Attend and participate in meetings to coordinate timely delivery and installation of products per contracted building/project schedule
• Ensure that integration of products into job specific wall details and conditions meets requirements for water mitigation
• Perform water mitigation tests to ensure proper installation and flashing of commercial installations
• Conduct effective and comprehensive documentation (written & photographic) of jobsite changes and installation conditions/issues

Qualifications
• 5 years management, construction, and window and door installation experience preferred
• Understand all local, state and national codes to assure product compliance
• AAMA Certified Installer preferred
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrate competency in reading building plans and blueprints
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willing to travel frequently and spend multiple nights out of town

The general wage range for this position at Sierra Pacific Industries is from $75,000 to $115,000 per year, and is dependent upon a number of factors, including, but not limited to: relevant work experience, skill, knowledge, and/or education.
